  We are a small family business and did some flooring works for them at FRENCHAM School (Mittagong) - Aquatic Centre in 2014/ school are very happy with the work and flooring..... Builder still has not paid anything ( over $125k !!!)

  Be very careful if you deal with this company or its off-shoots ( eg. Denham Constructions Project No.950 Pty Ltd, etc..) if you want to be paid for any materials or work you do.

  What stitch up. I was warned about not getting paid by Denham Constructions, before we started the project. sure enough they still owe us money 1.5years later.

  Terrible! Never deal with these guys. Never paid over $11k of invoices.

  Denham Constructions Project Company 950 Pty Ltd. ( who we evidently did the work for eventhough we had presented quotes, faxes, emails, etc.. to the main company/ sub-contract was in this company name) is now in liquidation with an asset deficiency of over $8million and directors are not co-operating with demands for explanations.

  very bad builder, not pay last invoice (amount 4K+). Retention money never come. always find excuse, rip off sub-contractor. ASIC has to investigate them.
